`nginx_php`:
  - `version`: (M) PHP version
  - `upstream_name` (O)
  - `sockets`: (O) socket list

If `sockets` is not provided, if uses local unix socket (based on PHP version).

Each socket have:

- `unix`

- `port`
- `weight`
- `max_fails`
- `fail_timeout`
